As the name suggests, this bean comes from the Hidatasa tribe who are natives of the area that is now considered western North Dakota. These pole-habit beans are among the most visually striking beans we grow, with vibrant yellow color and unique stripes and speckles. High yields and quick to mature, these are an excellent choice for gardeners in northern climes.
